A: Yes! Our pool is heated for free year-round.
Q: How far is Disney World?
A: Just 10 minutes to the gates of Walt Disney World Resort.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: We only allow trained service animals. No other pets permitted.

A: Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM.

A: We can try to accommodate upon request based on cleaning schedule.

A: Yes! A crib, books, toys, and even dress-up clothes are included.

Q: How many vehicles can I bring into Windsor Hills? What about oversize vehicles, like an RV?
A: Windsor Hills has a hard limit of 3 vehicles per rental. Additional cars and over-sized vehicles must be pre-approved and arranged through Whimsical Mouse Manor. There is special parking for oversized vehicles.

Q: Are there shuttles or busses to the Disney Parks from Windsor Hills Resort?
A: There are not. You are approximately 10 minutes from Walt Disney World property by car or Uber/Lyft.
Q: How much does it cost to use the resort amenities?
A: All resort amenities are free and included with your stay at Whimsical Mouse Manor! This includes the water park, heated pool all Clubhouse amenities, fitness center, playgrounds, sport park, picnic area, etc.

Q: Can I receive Amazon deliveries, InstaCart and use rideshare services?
A: Yes, yes and yes! In fact, one of the best parts of a vacation rental is having delivers made RIGHT to your front door. All major shopping carriers (except USPS) deliver to Windsor Hills Resort rentals. Uber and Lyft are also widely used, but be sure to text the driver the main gate entrance address (2600 N Old Lake Wilson Rd, Kissimmee, FL 34747). The Clubhouse cannot accept deliveries or store luggage.
